Just wanted to let everyone know that Dean wanted to me say hello to all of you and let you know he misses us. He apparently been going through a rough patch at this time. Keep some positive thoughts for him.
@Dave: I hope your surgery went well! Looking f forward to hear your progress.
@Chris: Congratulations on the new grandson . How exciting! Hope mom and baby are doing well!

Good Morning!! Sorry for the radio silence. Covid has hit our house. I'm going to need to drop my goal to 30
It started the 5th, and was hubby's 2nd bout. He came home from work that Wednesday, spike a fever that night and broke Thursday midmorning and was feeling pretty good that night, woke up 100% on Friday and was irritated they wouldn't let him go back to work until last Tuesday.
I was off of work all the week of the 7th, partial days last week. I'm pretty sure I cracked a rib coughing and have felt pretty miserable. I'm finally feeling like a person today and the coughing is finally somewhat under control unless I do anything more vigorous than walk to the bathroom and back. I wasn't feeling great last night after spending the day doing laundry and general pick up but I need to get beyond competing with a sloth.

Congrats to GrandmaJackie on making goal. But I don't understand what you mean about adding 100 steps? We only track distance, not steps, so I'm not sure what you are asking.

Hi everyone! Just checking in a gain really quick so I don't forget how. For the most part, things are going really well. I'm making a concerted effort not to overdo things this time and it's making a big difference in being able to sleep at night and much of the day as well. Had a nice 4-hr nap today courtesy of all my meds lining up at the same time.I barely budged when someone came into the bedroom where I was sleeping and ran the vacuum over the entire carpet. hehe
Hope all of you are doing well! I'll try to be a little more regular as this week goes on. Thanks everyone for asking and checking in with me :flowerforyou:
