Hi I am having issues eating 2000 Kcals without going above 30g of carbs even when I stick to eggs, avocados, plain meat and leafy vegetables; the app reports that my carbs are high. Any suggestions to help out please?

    are you doing total or net carbs? Some argue that the fiber carbs don't count. Also, I love avocados, but if you are wanting to keep the total carbs down, eliminating them is the way to go. Replace with another fat source that is lower carb? Just some quick off-hand thoughts

    Anyone else?

    I count net which makes it easier to fit an avocado.

    Fat bombs will do the trick. I found a recipe for Three Ingredient Cheesecake Keto Fat Bombs by Eatwell101. They have peanut butter which has always been my protein super food. They're super easy to make. Also fishes like canned tuna or shrimp add a lot of protein value without the carbs.
