    I'm up 0.4 pounds. Not really unexpected. It was a "mixed" week. On the plus side, there was minimal alcohol involved. On the negative side, there was more snacking than I would have planned.

    My current plan is to focus on minimizing alcohol intake, and whittle down on the snacking. My meals are all fine, so it's really cutting back on the extras that I need to focus on.

    My exercise is going well. In fact, I'm on track to hit/exceed my personal goal of running 500 miles this year if there aren't any unanticipated problems that crop up between now and the end of the year.

    Still maintaining, but not quite at my personal target weight still.

    They say if you go back to eating the way you used to, at least remember you’re a tourist in that Old Country and make sure you don’t move back there. I visited the Old Country on Friday and Saturday, consuming five-plus days worth of daily points in those two days before moving back to my better way of eating. As a result, Sunday morning I was up 7# from my Thursday mornings weight.

    So I'm grateful I got my passport stamped Sunday and got back to eating the way I intended, and it only cost me a gain of 0.6# week over week at my Thursday evening Studionweigh-in. And honestly, I know I’ll take that off next week, and probably more. How do I know that?

    Colonoscopy on Monday, baby - the ultimate ”cleanse” diet for weight loss! 😉

    Down 1lb this week. Considering DS was home for a visit Wednesday last week to Wednesday of this week and DW had her 70th Birthday Friday last Friday evening and yes we celebrated quite good no regard for calories or points. Then a movie with DS this week an of course popcorn with the movie. So then a 4 hour drive each way to return DS back to rehab and eating sort of junk going and coming losing 1 lb is really a little surprising.

    Apparently looking back to September I'm loosing and gaining the same 10 lbs over and over.

    Lastly I got a bad cold plus GI quick steps yesterday and today which has knocked me on my behind.
