I'm down 0.4 pounds. Still mostly just bouncing around the same weight range, mostly 8-10 pounds above my personal target (but still maintaining below my official WW goal).
Mrs. 0mania and I went to a comedy club last night (translated into WW parlance as "a beer before the show and a two-drink minimum during the show"). It was very fun, even though I didn't care for a significant chunk of the jokes. I'm actually surprised that I was down a bit, rather than up a bit this week.
The rest of the week was a mixed bag. I didn't have any other alcohol during the week, but I did snack too much (again). I really need to focus on cutting that back. It's habit right now, and I know I need to break that habit (or, substitute it for something more consistent with my weight goals). I got my exercise in as planned.
My kids are starting to come back for their Thanksgiving breaks. I'm pretty excited about that!

I’m sure some will argue that it’s cultural appropriation, but the most appropriate phrase that comes to mind is Martin Luther King Jr’s “Free at last! Free at last!”
Because I’m am, in WW terms, free Lifetime.
Two years and nine months after refocusing on my weight management (as a Covid survival tool), on Thursday evening I weighed in at 181.2, which is within two pounds of my 180 goal. I received the following message from WW:
“ Good news! Your WW account has been extended by 37 Day(s) days!
You're all set—there's nothing else you need to do. You're still enrolled in our recur billing system, so your monthly billing date has also been extended. Your next recur billing date is set for 01/02/2023.”
Nothing different about this week; just a slightly larger than normal loss of 1.4#. Hey, maybe the WW Gods were listening to my whining last week?
A few things that seems to have changed a bit over the last few months? I seem to have tightened up my tracking a bit, and I’m somewhat less likely to eat simply because I have points. At 66 years of age, I also seem to have occasionally heard and/or listened to my hunger cues.
Obviously, this is not “victory” - but it’s a very nice milestone.0 -
Up 0.4#. Later, after complete evacuations, down 2.8# at home
And yes I was full of *kitten*!0 -
