Would a reset help with adrenals?

I'm asking for my husband. He just got back from Afghanistan and is willing to let me help him feel better. I KNOW he must be feeling very lousy for him to agree to this. I'm also thinking that he has a gluten sensitivity at the least, if not Celiac...though I know he will never get tested. I got a bunch of supplements to help support his adrenals, but would doing a reset also help?
