@JOEMO - Just keep up the great work best you can! And try to tune in and listen to your body to tell you if you're doing too much or too little. It's perfectly fine to have a rest day or what I like to call active rest day. Do anything you think is fun that gets you moving and does not include lying down in bed or on the couch or sitting in front of the TV.
My PT yesterday, the PT stood for physical torture. BE WARNED: If tell them you're doing really well, they only add more exercises, and reps, and sets. There's no resting on your previous achievements. OUCH.

@darkrider42 don't you know PTs and PTAs all have a little Wednesday Addams in their personality? Well being a mother to a PTA I know this first hand.lol1

@TAHM42 - No doubt!! The one I had after my last knee surgery was really evil. I knew when I met her that even though she came off as so sugary sweet and smiling ear to ear, I thought I saw some sort of evil twinkle in her eyes. lol She was smiling so much because she was thinking, "Fresh victim! He won't know what hit him!" But she was actually pretty good to me. She got me out of my comfort zone a few times when I needed it.
@JOEMO - Great! You're doing fantastic!
@LIBI_KK - Got your November miles in which was enough for GOAL!! CONGRATS!! Also carried your total miles forward to December and added you for this month at 30 miles!

Well, between the rain and wind and new Grandson duties...I need to reduce my goal to 60 miles. My daughter had a c-section and needs my help during the week when I normally walk. If things change up, I'll increase back to 100.
Man! you forget how tiny new babies are.
We have a down pour today and the wind is bending over all the palm trees!! It's raining in northern California!!!
