I'm down 0.4 pounds since last Friday. Just bouncing around. I had actually put a few good days together with no snacking, but last night we went to a work event. I didn't go crazy there, but did have a few drinks, and my portion control wasn't what it is at home. Nevertheless, I think it was reasonable.
Back to the grind of trying to keep things in better check and continuing to try to string multiple days of no-snacking together.
Still maintaining.

Well, for my second week of free Lifetime , I maintained - I weigh exactly what I did the Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving. That puts me one pound over free, but not a bad result. I did the disciplined thing and weighed in at my normal meeting Thursday, knowing I was over - but taking advantage of the “till the end of the month” to get back.
We’re planning ahead for this month’s kitchen remodel by making dinners and freezing them. We will have a microwave, so those dinners will cut down on the need to eat out.1 -
Up 7.6 lbs. A very struggling week and the previous few prior. Monday getting ready for cardioversion, Tuesday cardioversio, Wednesday Dermatologist sliced a bump of right arm about the size of a dime, Thursday had my catheter replaced an every 3 weeks procedure.
Just eating when I could and too much and the wrong things resulting in a huge gain.0
