41 and lost myself somewhere

Hello! So I'm 41 almost 42 in January. I have had a C-section 10 years ago. Here's a quick about me.. Quit smoking 8 years ago, food is yummy, Need to loose 90-100 lbs, no soda only sweet tea🫣, and somewhere along the way I lost my self-confidence 😓.

I felt this is in my soul. Just turned 40 had WLS 8 yrs ago got pregnant and just gained some back... now just need to find me again...0
