This recipes doubles as a breakfast idea!:

Velvety Strawberry Desert
(Calories: ~185)

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Fage nonfat Greek strained yogurt
1/2 cup of strawberry halves
1 tablespoon of honey
1 teaspoon (low sugar) blueberry preserves
4 walnut halves

Directions:
Place the strawberry halves into a small bowl.

Add the yogurt on top of the strawberries.

Add the walnut halves (I prefer to chop them up into smaller bits) on top of the yogurt.

Drizzle with honey, and add the blueberry preserves as a topper.

Amazing! A fresh, healthy, and protein-filled recipe to satisfy your sweet tooth!

I often make a very similar desert, but since my husband doesn't eat sugar (diabetic) I add vanilla extract and liquid Stevia to the yogurt. I usually add blueberries and walnuts, but next time I will try with strawberries (and maybe honey in my portion )

Wonderful! I did a similar thing yesterday, replaced strawberries with blueberries, but I find that the strawberries really soak up the honey nicely, so I prefer them in this desert. :-)
