Keto Smoothies

Hello everyone this is like my second post ever but here I go!
I have a lot of questions about keto smoothies, about a week ago my dad made a fire smoothie with all sorts of yummy ingredients and when we pureed and made the smoothie I did the MFP calculations and I went way over on the keto smoothie and it knocked me out of keto for about a day according to what I've read online. I've been keto ever since, but since then I have really taken a step back from the smoothie game and to be honest it just honestly really sucks. Who doesn't like smoothies? So I wanted to open this thread to get a convo going about keto smoothies...
This is one that I made recently that was actually so good:
About a cup of frozen strawberries, collagen protein powder that is chocolate flavored, another protein powder that I like that is chocolate flavored, 1 cup of milk, and filled the rest with water and boy howdy was it an insane smoothie!!
However I did figure that the hivemind of the MFP community would really know more about some fire *kitten* smoothies that a person who is keto conscious could consume.
So please drop some fire ideas I'd love to know and maybe even some sweet things, personally we go hit the Mexican market and get pre sliced fruit and just freeze those bad boys and you can eat them as a nice frozen treat to really help w the sugar cravings.

yum!
so how many carbs did the tracker show for the smoothie you drank, that knocked you out of keto?
i was recently wondering about it - read 50g or less a DAY - and wondered how much in a particular meal is ok - and - wondered if it would knock us out of keto if we had all 50g in 1 meal (omad - one meal a day some people do) -- wondered if there's a max recommendation for a meal or snack. tried to search but didn't come up with anything other than the daily max.0 -

When my body is in carb-burner mode, it takes a few+ weeks (with no cheating) to switch to fat-burning; and during that time the fewer carbs the better. It actually takes me months to switch back; because I keep succumbing to the cravings before the mechanism changes.
But once I'm in fat-burning mode, about 50-70 carbs/PER DAY keep me fairly craving-free (the less the better). And I need to be providing my body both proteins and oils - I don't eat dairy or red meat; so most of my oils promote low cholesterol (olive oil, avocado, nuts).
So it if most of my carbs are in one meal; it seems okay, as long as the rest of the day is clean. And as long as my body gets enough protein and oil to keep it satisfied that day too.

Have you seen this? There are some amazing ideas. Don't know if they're smoothies, per se, but lots of drool-worthy yummmers.

@PaulaKro ~ thank you! 50g/day, got it.
pushing thru the cravings appetite reset is the roughest part for me too... I like this food, just like all the other food too but don't want to re-ignite the appetite. appreciate your share!
