Down 12.8 lbs this week. I went up last Fridays weight in and hit pushed me to over 350 mark. This is where I start to get breathty like walking to the mail box or to the car etc; I was doing so well there a couple of years ago down to 295 and feeling like I could get another 100 off.
Guys I got to telly you since 2020 I've had a lot going on health wise. In 2020 alone I counted over a 100 plus Docter visits and procedures and surgeries for 2020. Not counting recoveries and yet I felt relatively pretty good through it All.
Then July 6, 2021 hit and DS had an issue with addiction and finally into rehab about 175 miles away for a 3.5 hour drive 8 hours plus round trip where he currently is but praise God he's graduating on December 18 next week after 18 months. He's coming home for a weeks stay through Christmas then we'll take him back where he will be an intern for some period not determined.
We've been visiting on what's called Family Day Teen Challenge Ga Men's Rehab Center. If you ever hear of someone or someone's family that's needs help this is a tremendous organization. They are world wise in 129 countries with 220 location in the USA. It is a very strict one year program. Of course we've learned to love the organization as we visit the last Sunday every month. It's a large facility in 25+ acres and now housing 70 residences. They were 50 when DS arrived in 7/6/21.
It's totally based on biblical principals and unlike anything I've ever seen. Here's a link If your interested in knowing what goes on in the number 1 most successful rehab for teens adult men and women. Separate facilities for men and women of course.

So sorry for all your troubles. May our Lord grant all of you His peace.
We didn't weigh-in this week, as TOL is still taking it easier than normal.
Planning on going next week.0 -
As someone I considered a mentor used to say, “I’m pleased, but not satisfied.”
I was down 1.2#, which means I shed my Thanksgiving weekend weight. I also weighed in at free Lifetime status for the second month in a row. Right now, I’m going to consider that the start of a streak. 😊
On the NSV side, I’m up to 105 sit-ups in my morning exercises, and 20 real push-ups. I say “real” to distinguish them from chair push-ups, but I know the form isn’t particularly good.
So I’m pleased with the progress, but not satisfied because I now need to build a bit more cushion. That 0.4 from being outside the range is not gonna last.0
