Let's talk breakfast

Hi guys! I seem to be stuck on the samo for breakfast: 2-3 slices of pan fried bacon and an omelette done in the bacon fat (2 eggs, 1 tablespoon of heavy cream, salt & pepper, 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese). While it is pretty yummy and filling, I am bound to get sick of it at some point, so I was wondering what do you guys have for breakfast? What's your favorite thing?! Looking forward to some answers!
Thanks!
Thanks!

I can understand wanting to eat something different for breakfast.
Usually I would try to rotate:
- Protein pancakes with fatty sausage and sugar free.whipped topping
- spinach omelet topped with mayo
- 3 hard boiled eggs with mayo0 -
Currently I am doing an experiment in eating only fish and eggs (no meat) and so my current breakfasts are one of the following
2 rollmop pickled herrings with a dash of cream and dill (if I want something sharp and tangy)
a 112g can of tuna, mixed with 2 tbps Hellman's mayonnaise and an ounce of diced fresh red pepper (capsicum)
smoked mackerel
boiled eggs mashed in mayonnaise
I find all of these give me loads of energy without feeling heavy in my stomach. For hunger-blunting, the very best breakfasts have been the ones involving mayonnaise. I seem to go about 6 to 8 hours before my tummy rumbles again.0 -

If I'm not hungry I just have my coffee w/ HWC & EVCO.
One of my favorite non-eggy breakfasts is coconut flour pancakes (I use Stevia & almond milk & 1/2 tsp baking soda).

Another fave is lettuce wraps - either a BLT w/ mayo, or ham n cheese n mayo.0 -
Wow I feel inspired now! Some awesome ideas there I want to try, thanks everyone! I hope I can find some coconut flour because those coconut pancakes look delicious.
A quick question though, dill pickles and tomatoes are allowed? Somehow I thought they weren't!0 -

I eat dill pickle spears occasionally as well as tomatoes but not a lot at one time. Half a small roma tomato on a salad or in a lettuce wrap isn't too carby.
As far as pickles, just watch the nutrition label - there's really no need for dill pickles to be very carby!
I also eat very small amounts of red onion & garlic. I'm talking like maybe a tablespoon of onion in a 2 egg omelette so carbs are negligible.
I figure if I'm in this WOE for the long haul, I want to keep enjoying veggies in as many different colors as I can - while keeping my carbs low. It's not that hard & I don't feel like I'm missing out!0 -
I do Bulletproof Coffee Intermittent Fasting. I start my day with some version of Bulletproof Coffee (you can read about the original here: http://www.bulletproofexec.com/how-to-make-your-coffee-bulletproof-and-your-morning-too/ -- but personally, I sometimes get sick of it so I mix up the recipes in ways that work for me; sometimes I do some heavy whipping cream instead of butter, sometimes I skip the butter and do more cream, etc.). I'm usually not hungry until 11:30 a.m. - noon. Then I eat lunch, a snack, dinner, and dessert by 8 p.m.
Everyone is different, of course, but this works really well for me.0
