Peanut Butter is My New Best Friend

I was having horrible stomach cramps and nausea, which seemed to be everyone's complaint when they started. The common remedy seemed to be eat protein, low carb. Well, the thought of meat, fish, dairy, and eggs all made me turn a little green, and I'm allergic to tree nuts, so I thought I would just muddle through eating tiny amounts of whatever I could choke down.
Then someone posted a random comment about eating peanut butter, and that actually sounded ok. I have switched to eating small amounts of PB, alternating with an occasional graham cracker for some texture. By following this plan through the morning and afternoon, I felt like having a small sirloin (4 oz), asparagus, and a salad for dinner, which was the first time I had felt like eating all week.
