I have only been at this for 11 days, but I’ve already identified one hurdle to weight loss, and that’s my family.

In this time, I have been offered and turned down: chocolate, York peppermint patties (twice), little Debbie’s nutty bars (twice), fried chicken (after I ate my meal), ice cream, a milkshake (twice), and pizza (after I had eaten my meal). Is it any wonder I have a hard time losing weight most of the time?
