Monthly Team Challenges “Goals” for January 2023

Good Morning All
Tomorrow January 1st we begin a brand new year of Getting Fit Together.
January is the Month where we are returning back to basics, learning to eat healthier with proper proportions of Fresh Fruits and Veggies and Focusing on Daily Fitness: Cardio and Strength Exercises to build Stronger and Healthy Bodies.
Week 1
Nutrition Goals
Meet your Calorie Goal intake per day
Drink between 6 to 8 Glasses of Water per day
Eat 6 to 8 portions of Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
Get enough Fibre per day, aiming for 25 grams of Fibre or more per day
Fitness Goals
Cardio Exercises, aim to raise the bar to 30 minutes or more per day
Strength Training Fitness, aim for 20 minutes or more at least 3x per week or more
To get you started here are a couple of Fitness Video’s that include cardio snd strength training exercises.

As for me I am focusing on better Nutrition with getting in enough Nutrients, Minerals and Protein and for my Daily Fitness I will focus on both Cardio and Strength! I will use the Video’s for a Full Body Workout!
