I just took my 4th shot. I finished my third full week down 19 pounds. This past week, I had some mild nausea come back, but my big issue was diarrhea (TMI). I've read that side effects settle down the longer you are on Oz, so I hope this passes before too long.
On the plus side, Oz is really helping me watch my calories and learn to listen to hunger cues rather than eating because food is present. The holiday season has been a great time to start this process because if I can do it now, I can do it any time. Last night, for example, I went out to eat with friends at a Mexican restaurant. I decided that one delicious steak taco was plenty for dinner. Others had chips, queso, and salsa, and they didn't even tempt me. I thoroughly enjoyed my taco and the company, but I only ate what I needed to fuel my body. NSV!
