@JANET - That sounds pretty cold if the iguanas are giving up!! : Stay warm!
@LEANZ - Great work! I upped your goal for you! :drinker:
Not sure what I'm doing for exercise today, but I'd better decide soon before it's dinner time.

I ended up walking 1.0 mile on the treadmill last night. Not sure what I'll do today. Probably try to walk again and a little further. And if I have time, I'll ride the stationary bike tonight too.

@cpanus: Chris, I bet you are so enjjoying your grandson.
Hopefully my dog guests go home today. I love them dearly, but each time they come, they seem to take longer to decompress and follow directions again. The Wednesday before last, they collectively, all 165 pounds of them, dragged me 15 feet across road to go after some ladies dog. They did not hurt either one, nor did they attack her, but I got road rash on my left side, lots of strains, bruises and tore my lateral calf muscle. Now I know what it is like to be dragged by a car, I can no longer walk them together. Sadly, this may be the last time I have the two of them.

@clepant - Nice photo! We used to have 2 labs and it is a lot to control. I had to drop their leashes more than once. I learned my lesson the first time they dragged me when they saw a squirrel. You still have the puppy, right?
I'm at 73/75. The miles add up quickly when you have a 48 mile race weekend!1 -
@clepant hope you heal up quickly- can give you quite a fright!
@JTH11706 well done you for dropping the leash I tend to hang on and my yellow lab has pulled me over several times. When we were running I had him on a waist belt!!! He's no longer running with me but his sad disappointed face is prompting me to see if the saddler could put in a quick release.

@Janet: I still have my puppy. I am training a different method this round. Hopefully I will not have the issues that I deal with with these guys. The big guy, Barkley, is usually good for me. He spent all of November with me while the gal was nursing. He will usually leave things alone if I stay on him, but Ruby is ver prey driven. She is always on the prowl when we walk. They have to be walked separately. I have let the leash go on another occasion with him, but I did not want a little dog getting torn up and legal issues. I use to run with both of these two. I guess that won’t happen anymore.11
