Another year started and the old one is behind us with all the trials and tribulations that life throws at us.
I don't make resolutions because most of the time, by February they've fallen by the wayside. The only thing I tell myself is to try to do my best, maybe a little better than last year.
Of course, there's a few pounds extra from Christmas treats, but back to my normal life should take care of those.
So, I hope that all of you have a good year, be kind to yourself, and be as happy as your deserve.
