I’m gonna go with Door #3.
It’s nice to have a year where I’m not focused on getting my weight under control. This year is more about doing a better job tracking, and being a bit more consistent with my choices. I may see if I can improve my fitness a bit more, but everything I’m thinking about is small changes.0 -
I'd say a 2.5. want to lose more, but like to snack too much.0

I think I'm also a door 3 person for this year. Things are mostly going well, but there's always that "extra" 10 pounds to take off! That doesn't require a major shift in approach, but rather some fine tuning (as in, actually following my plan properly!).0

Well, I’m flirting with 180 lbs. I want to get back to flirting with 175 lbs. I’m going to try to tweak my there but I might have to give up flirting and make a commitment.0
