I managed to maintain my weight without going up and keeping my log in line. How is everyone else doing? Busy day planned out but will get another workout in so I do not go to far over. Lunch date with a client and not sure what to order so not throw me off. I've found eating salads are not always a good choice. Getting some extra work calories done so I do not get off track. Have a great day and I'm off to spend some quality time on my trusty treadmill!
