My lunch date with a client and later dinner date with my husband put me 1 pound up even after that great workout I did yesterday. I did not log the new weight because I know it will continue to fluctuate from day to day. I just need to remind myself that I am a petite women in my 60's and the weight does not come off as easily as years ago so the key is to not sluff it off (no big deal) and remind myself to FOCUS. Grandkids are over tonight for dinner and spending the weekend. All they want to eat is pizza, ice cream and pancakes. They are at the age of needing to keep busy or they get bored. Hoping my husband will be supportive to allow me ample time and not rush me so I can get my workouts in.
