It's the start of the 2nd week in January 2023 and I'm down 3 pounds. Off to a good start sticking with a workout of some sort each day and focused on getting in my 10,000 steps a day. Last week felt like most people are coming back from vacation/holiday mode. This week feels like it will get crazy. People have set their goals, and now ready to put their plan into action. I have mentally set my health goals and wrote out my business goals but I still need to make something up so it is in my face daily. Breaking it down by week, month, quarterly, semi annal, and year end. What do you do to keep focused on your goals?
