Keeping up with this has been great. I'm excited about my progress and keeping FOCUS as a priority. Focus on me, one day at a time, one challenge at a time, one goal at a time. I have read and heard many times it takes 21 days to make a new habit stick and become a daily routine. I have completed 14, lost 2 pounds a week. My goal is to loose 8 by the end of this month. My clothes need to start fitting better, not so tight. Not sure about you, but that visual when I look in the mirror really keeps me motivated. What are your month end goals this first month of 2023 and what visual keeps you motivated?
