Yesterday was a little stressful. It always is on my eye appointment day. Eye seems to be doing better but not good enough. I ended up getting another shot and this time he went straight down instead of to the side. I was smart enough to get a little work out in on the rower yesterday before the appointment but was not able to do much else after. Treated myself to a mani/pedi, felt good to relax in the massage chair and close my eyes.
This morning I am feeling a little less sore, just a tired eye, black dot is still there but almost gone. Weighed in the same 143.7, no weight loss and good thing, no gain. Looking forward to this evening's dinner party with neighbors. I'm hosting this time. Sunday with grandkids, and Monday with my sister.
