Hi I’m new around here. Not to dieting. But I’ve been off the strict tracking for years due to stress. I’ve lost some weight with lifestyle changes, but put some back on due to other lifestyle changes…. like the stress of the holidays and eating more processed foot and pigging out at meals due to pain from my invisalign treatment. I am motivated to lose weight primarily right now because I am having a terrible plantar fascitis flair up which I attribute to a new 5-10 pounds since Thanksgiving. I am here for community. Weight loss efforts are a secret from my family and I generally follow the Zoe nutrition guidelines. Someone help me remember how and why to be accountable. Thank you!
