Today's Topic: Your Daily Time and Eating Habits.
Do you ever find yourself getting through a busy day or week? failing to find the time to plan ahead with your meals or finding the actual time to eat properly? So do you take the easy way out? grab a burger/fries or tacos, maybe even Chinese.
Does time sometimes just eat you up? In other words life just gets out of control sometimes how do you make it through.

I almost never find myself in an "unplanned" situation. The big issue for me is keeping to a kosher diet, so that doesn't really leave much room for spontaneity. I can't grab McDonald's or Chinese food on the fly.
In addition, though, I really make it a point to carve out time for meals. It may only be 30' at my desk, but I refuse to allow work to be so all-consuming that I can't have at-least small periods of time for my own personal needs.0 -
I’ll play the @dockanz card here.
Whether working or retired, I think we all have days that throw things off plan. The question is how we respond to them. Sometimes when traveling the location isn’t my choice, but I still have options, and I try to make the better choice.
Any place that sells a burger and fries probably also sells a salad. If the sell tacos, they probably do fajitas, and that’s a fine option if you don’t eat the tortillas. If it’s just a plate set in front of you, you can choose to eat less.
And sometimes I do the burger or the tacos - but it’s not my default. And I pay the temporary price and move on, because it’s what I do most of the time that matters.0
