I've read it takes 21 days to form a habit. I also read that today, January 19th is called quitters day. 91% of the people who set New Year resolutions fall off on the 19th day. I'm still on, doing my best. I had a few days of splurging during the 21 days but got right back on track. My focus is on my goal in health and business. Don't quit! Having success and seeing results is what keeps me motivated.
