I'm down 1 pound this week. Up one week, down the next, up one week, down the next, rinse and repeat!

I'm still maintaining, at least, and getting my exercise in as-planned.

Up 1.4# at home. Skipped WW, as I had carpel tunnel/trigger finger releases done on Tuesday.

I was down 1.4# this week after a well-earned 2# gain last week. More to the point, January is the first month of my return to free Lifetime where every Studio weigh-in (so far) has been below my goal weight. In November, I had one week in the two pound grace range and three above. In December I had one weigh-in above the range, two in the grace window, and two under goal. So January sorta feels (so far, knock wood, etc.) like the first month I’ve stuck the landing.

This morning we finished unpacking the 25 boxes that we packed before the kitchen renovation started 12/19, so we’re back to 98% fully functional kitchen. The 2% is because they underestimated the backsplash tile needed, so that hopefully will be done in the next two weeks. We got all the extra storage and function and “age in place” niceties that we hoped for. Over the five weeks of renovation, my average flights climbed per day went from three to nine flights, since our temporary kitchenette was in the basement. That's a little bit of activity I don’t plan to put back into my life going forward.

Starting to feel like the top of my Green Zone may be a daily weight of 175# pre-shower. That means a Studio weigh-in clothed of around 178# against a goal weight of 180#. I don’t want to push lower than that because it would put me within striking distance of the top of the “healthy BMI” range, and I don’t want to be tempted to fight my way to what I still believe would be an unsustainable weight.

Down 2.6 lbs from last week. This will not hold very long as I had Chinese for dinner tonight rice and all. I'm really not sure exactly is going on with me but I need to get to the bottom of it. I plan to have a talk with my electrophysiologist before my February appointment. Something isn't just right after my cardioversion.
