all done. Wow I am a lot weaker in my arms than what I thought that I was. I may have to do half of the push up on my knees and the other half regular0

Day 1 - dun n dusted! My push up form sucks I am sure they will improve as the challenge progresses. The last 2 dips were challenging. I felt it already! Great challenge!0

Done. Did modified wall pushups and felt it in my troubled shoulder.Thanks to whomever explained the modifications. Dips off the hearth. Will hang in there even if I have to divide things up throughout the day (body willing that is). Thanks everyone for your examples. Kate0
