It's going to be a productive month. Can't wait to see all our results.
Beginning Weight: 139
Goal Weight: 135

My Goals:
1. Avoid caffeine
2. Eat mostly unprocessed food.
3. Take my lunch to work
4. Support others along this journey.
5. Stay the road.
6. Evict 4 lbs by the September 30th.

    Enjoy some delicious homemade lunches! Remember, according to "Alice's Law of Compensatory Cash Flow" from Calvin Trillin, the money you save on buying lunch out can now be spent on your homemade lunches. :wink:

    Right there with ya! I have 15 days of moving to work through still but I need the focus.
    Start weight 185.5
    Goal weight: 179 (I want to try and push myself some)

    My goals:
    -Stay focused
    -Stop the late night snacking
    -try to keep meals before 8pm
    -Get my fruit and veggies back up
    -Exercise 5 days a week
    -No eating out more than once a week! (this will get easier as we are heading back to school and out of summer

    -Stop the late night snacking

    and I forgot
    -keep the sodium down
    -stay away from white flour

    Great goals for this month - I think the lunch one is an excellent idea. My mornings have been so much easier and less stressful since I started planning my wardrobe and food in advance. Good luck this month!

    I love your goals.
    I need to write down more for me.
    I plan on drinking my coffee, I only drink it a little bit so not a problem. I don't drink pop. Wine...I should give up wine.
