Going to start weekly weigh in for month of Feb 2023.

I weigh myself every Friday.

I work out 3 times per week: weight lifting with 30 minutes of cardio.

I am on a 1200-1500 calorie diet.

SW: 179 lbs
Goal: 145 lbs
