Goals for the Month and How I will Achieve Them:
1.Finish my C25k training-train 3x a week.
2. Lose 5 lbs-track my foods, meal plans, prep my foods, give myself one cheat meal a week.
3. Get back to eating a low sugar diet- eat fruits instead of processed sugar, find some satisfying sugar subs.
What sugar does to the body: (copied from the Sugar Free September Group on MFP)
• Suppress the immune system
• Contribute to hyperactivity, anxiety, depression, concentration difficulties
• Produce a significant rise in triglycerides
• Reduce helpful high density cholesterol (HDLs) and raise harmful cholesterol (LDLs)
• Increase the risk of coronary heart disease and high blood pressure
• Increase fasting levels of blood glucose and contribute to diabetes
• Promote tooth decay
• Speed the aging process, causing wrinkles and grey hair
• Contribute to weight gain and obesity
• Cause toxemia during pregnancy
• Increase the risk of fatty liver disease
• Increase the water retention and bloating
• Cause headaches, including migraines
• Increase bacterial fermentation in the colon
• Increase risk of certain types of cancers including breast, colon and prostate
• Increase risk of Alzheimer’s disease
Why do I want to achieve these goals:
1. I feel better about myself when I am taking care of myself. Healthy eating and living feels good and improves how I feel about myself. And how I feel about me effects my relationships with others, and I want to have happy, positive relationships with others.
2. I want to get to a healthy weight because I will lower my risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, ect. I want to be healthy and strong as I age.
3. If I want to try to have a baby, being a healthy weight and active will be important and reduce possible complications.
4. I want to feel comfortable in my skin and clothes.
5. I want to have more energy to do things.
6. I want to live a healthy and active lifestyle.

Starting weight for September is 82kg and Goal weight for September is 78kg.
My Goals are to be every day under my calorie Goal, eating healthy, doing exercices everyday.
Staying focused.
Why? Because I want to loose weight before starting at the University in October.
Because i dont want to loose Focus on an healthy and sportif Lifestyle.

I've been in a rut weight for a while, so this seems like a big goal for the month.
Goals for the Month:
1- Make time for ME (exercise, decluttering my home office, a long bath, make time to paint, etc.) for at least 15 minutes a day.
2- Stop "Starting Over" & find some solid Motivation/ Accountability.
3- Exercise at least 3 days a week.
4- Work on tracking accuracy.
5- Keep on track while away from home. (I have two trips in September, totaling 8 days.)
This September is going to be a great challenge!0
