Just starting out again

Hey y’all! LeighAnn here.. I’m really excited about joining this group. A lot of reasons actually. But 1st it’s about belonging to a great group of people And the support system and motivation system that comes along with it!
I need to lose weight too. I have already lost 15lbs and I’m very excited about that. My goal is another 30lbs. I love fitness. My nutrition could use some work though.
Would really like some buddies or friends to encourage each other on the journey.

    Hi Leigh Ann. Hope you find the support you need here. You may want to join some other groups in case this one isnt as active as you like.

    My best nutrition advice is to go through your pantry and get rid of off the junk. Sugar, transfats, processed foods, empty calories, etc. Eat at home and cook from scratch. Pack your lunch. Load up on fruits, vegetables, whole grains, etc. I keep hard boiled eggs in the fridge for when I need a little something. 70 calories and loaded with protein. Also great for your lunchbox.
