30 Day Slim Down Variation :)

Hi all!
My name is Annelies and I am new to this group I have about 15 lbs to lose.
I did 30DS a few years ago and saw great improvements in strength, not in weight. I do remember getting really really bored doing the same thing every day and giving up a few times because of that.
So... I found a plan created by Jillian somewhere on one of the discussion boards, called the 30 day slim down. She alternates 30DS, NMTZ and BFBM. I am gonna do a variation of it, and do Killer Buns and Thighs instead of BFBM. I am also gonna take a day every 2 or 3 days and do some cardio like running or biking, since I am training for a 5k. And to mix it up even more... since I know I get bored easily.
So that's my plan, and now that I've put it out there, I actually need to do it

I get bored easily too. I've tried starting the 30DS but so far doing up to day 6 only, and I've started from the top 3 times already.
So maybe this variation could help with the tiring routine.
I've also tried BFBM but I haven't gone through all circuits - cutting some off to rest.

Day 1 complete! I got a cold and had to wait a couple days.0 -
You just started? Wow, I's start today too so we could do it together. I usually do it in the afternoon after work. I can't seem to wake early enough to squeeze it in the morning.0
