Day 1 cardio

My first day in the program was amazing. I never really thought of myself as out of shape until about five minutes in! I finished strong and it was over in no time! Can't wait to see results! Any tips let me know, also food advice :) thanks

    Great job! The time does fly by on this program!! As far as food advice there should be a nutrition plan in the program. The nutrition plan is very simple and easy to follow. There is also 2 different calorie levels to follow depending on your goals. It's one of the easiest nutrition plans I've followed in the Beachbody programs so far. I would also use MFP to log in your daily food. This is a great tool to keep you accountable. Anymore questions feel free to message me or ask on the thread. Have a great holiday!
