    One artificial knee and other knee needing replacement. Can't run, jump, kneel, bend a lot, etc. So, modifications...
    • Modify squats, pushups, mtn climbers & lunges using TRX. That makes it possible for my knees to handle those.
    • Modify jumping/cross jacks using a stepping (side-to-side) jacks motion.
    • Modify burpees by not doing them, LOL! ...no, just kidding. How about 30 sec planks?
    • Modify crunches with standing crunches

    Paula I like those standing crunches. I think Rocky is going to be having his other knee replaced soon also.

    By "other knee" it sounds like he already did one? Did they have him work on a TRX in physical therapy? That's where I was first introduced to it.

    Paula I don't think so. Maybe they should have though.

    Chris I should have known you would like the burpee modification.

    Arm circles, lwould also be good for jacks. Large ones.
