I am struggling. I found it by searching Full Body workouts. I did have trouble printing it. If you want I would be happy to send you a copy. I love to have it printed myself.

Paula glad you were able to do so. I am going to just work up to it. Still working at motivating myself. And my internet at home is sketchy.
