I forgot how much i love jillian..day 1 down and so am i. Those bicycle kicks hurt.

And so it begins.... Day 1 is complete - forgot how rough this was on my knees. Expect they will be a bit swollen tomorrow but the important thing is I completed it! Yay for day one being done!0

I live Down Under so have knocked over Day 2 ... Used 1kg weights yesterday which was a bit easy but still woke up with some soreness today! Went up to 2kg weights for some of the exercises today. Early days, but I'm enjoying it so far. Love the change from strength to cardio to abs ... Really nice to mix everything up!0

I've just completed day 1. It was fine, apart from skip jumps - my calves were SCREAMING at me whilst doing these. everything else was a breeze and I think I'll move onto level 2 in a few days. From memory I always preferred level 2.
Measurements taken and noted. Pics taken too. Roll on day 30 so I can see improvements LOL
I am using very heavy weights for added strength - my weights are 10kg each - I've been using them for a while :-D0 -
I completed day 1 yesterday using 3 lb. weights. I am such a wimp. Hopefully that will change by the end of the month.0
