Hi all-
Is this still an active group? I don’t see any recent posts. Would love support from other women in the same age group since we have similar struggles.

    Hello. I wasn’t getting any responses to my posts, so I got discouraged and stopped posting. There is a group on Facebook called Women over 50 Trying to Lose Weight Safely that I am part of, and it has grown exponentially. You may want to Join that. I have also discovered Paula B., a weight loss coach for women our age. She has a youtube channel, a book, a podcast and I really like her. Best of luck on your journey. It’s definitely not like it was in our 20’s. 😉
