I find I feel more satisfied and feel full longer, if I have protein, fat and fiber in every meal. Trying to do a little bit of moving every day
I've been trying to add a little bit of movement to each day, usually just by taking a 30 minute walk. I live in a beautiful spot and have to remind myself to take a break from work and enjoy some fresh air for my physical and mental. Literally taking small steps to change.
