What are you eating to maintain satiety?

I find I feel more satisfied and feel full longer, if I have protein, fat and fiber in every meal. For example, my smoothie this morning had a ton of protein, some frozen chopped spinach, a few frozen strawberries, and just a teaspoon of chia seeds. This will easily hold me until lunch. I have vegetables every meal, even breakfast. How do you stay full and satisfied and maintain a slight calorie deficit?
