Hi all. I've just joined this group. I'm 58 and want to lose about 120 pounds. I work full time, have twin girls still at home and a son in college, and am a caretaker for my mom who has dementia and lives with us. I struggle to find time to take care of myself, but I'm getting better. I've been on myfitnesspal for a week now and I've lost 10 lbs, but I know that is not going to be the norm. Exercise is limited mostly to walking because I have a huge ventral hernia and a torn bicep (long stories). I'm hoping to gain insight/inspiration from some others who might have similar issues.
