I need to lose over 80 lbs. and hope to do so in a sane way.
For me I've re-set goals three times the last year and now realize that anything worth doing is worth doing well. Track well. Eat well Sleep well. Live well. Love well. Laugh well. Give well and do all these often. I've started a blog to capture this journey.
Well I am now 60 and I want to be healthier and strogner than I am now. I think it is possible but I know it will take a lot of work. Any one else want to comment I am all hears. ;-)
