Feeling better

I started using this app again after about 10 years. I had Apple products for years and then swapped to Android and forgot all about Myfittnesspal. I have the premium version now and find it really helpful to hold myself accountable and get insight into my eating excercising/behaviors. I'm in my mid 50s and it is harder to drop the pounds and my knees hurt most of the time. I'm hopeful that if I drop 30 pounds my knees will feel better. As of today I have lost 8 pounds since July 1. I feel better and have more energy. My teenager just told me our school system has the kids track themselves using this app too! She takes dual credit classes and her professor has them log workouts using the app too. I feel like I'm in good company.
