@lovemyalex: Oh my, I am so terribly sorry to hear about another heart attack. Please follow your doctors requests….I want to see you on here for years to come. Will keep you in prayer for healing.
@Janet and Dean : Brinkley is a real stinker, but I do love him. He has been a good pup thus far.I think he has one more tooth to loose. He definitely fills my heart with joy and gives me purpose. Just trying to take it easy on those joints and hips as much as he loves running. His dad is a running maniac and he actually scares me when he gets the zoomies.

OH NO! I missed entering that! And YES they sure can be adjusted! I saw it and forgot by the time I got to the spreadsheet! SO SORRY, my bad! I've corrected it now. I seem to be needing more gentle nudges lately. I've been unable to get my ADHD meds for over 4 months because there's been a severe national shortage, but now I was FINALLY able to pick them up and resumed taking them yesterday! I'll do my best to be less scattered going forward.

Thank you… I am going to work on getting my strength back… I will be doing very low miles for the rest of April … maybe I will need it adjusted again… we will see how it goes …😊1

@lovemyalex: please don’t worry about your miles. You just take it easy and not push. You will get back to your miles when you are ready and what you are short on, I will be happy to give you my extras.
