Remember even after I post the results ...you can still post your steps ..they won't count for the week but they will count for the month :)

Hi my fellow fitness teammate friends, Thank you all for the warm welcomes :) I am pumped to start weighing in every week and to talk to all of you! Looking forward to everything about this group.

So my daughter is pretty athletic, she was in Cross Country last fall in the top 10, is top 10 in track so far. She was nominated for Athlete of the Year by Empire State Winter Games in New York for 2023. Could you all go over to her video and like, comment and share :) I would appreciate that so much. Her name is Kamille. If the link doesn't work, can you go to ESWG on Facebook and find her video, right now she is the most recent video. Here is the link if you would try!!

Was planning on the pool today but my anxiety is at an all time high. Time to listen to some 432Hz music for stress relief.

I almost forgot: I had my weekly injections yesterday. The pain specialist is thrilled with my weight loss. He thinks it will make a big difference with my leg/back pain. Tomorrow I have my rheumatologist appointment and I am excited to see what she says. I have 20 pounds gone since my last appointment.

This is awesome to hear. Way to rock it my friend.

    Happy Wednesday,

Sorry, that I let the team down this month, but I commit to making May a whole new beginning.

I'm feeling much better after being sick for nearly two weeks. Didn't have much energy or motivation for really anything. However, I'm feeling so much better, have more energy and feeling good and motivated to get things done.

My plan for the month of May:
Log on mfp and diary daily
    Participate in the challenge daily.
80 + fl oz of water daily
    Work on bad eating habits
Work on my overall health (mental and physical)
And try to stay Positive instead of negative which I have the habit of doing.

May is going to be a whole new beginning, a fresh start. I'm going to be putting my weight-loss goals first and foremost, in other words myself/health.

Looking forward to May's challenge with renewed energy and motivation, along with being more positive about accomplishing what I set out to do.

Let's finish this month strong and start May off with some solid momentum. 💪🏽 You got this.

Was going to fast 72 hours but I couldn't make it...listened to my body (and my gurgling stomach) and broke it after 48 hours. I'm thrilled with my results but I need to start getting toned!!

I'm going into my nurture phase so eating 3 times a day again and no fasting

Events coming up....my daughter graduates from law school and my son graduates high school!! Exciting times for both I'm sure food will be involved... hopefully I will not gain!!

Welcome to the new members 😁

Fantastic loss! I am amazed how you do those fasts. Do you get to eat anything or is it just water?

You did not let the team down. You showed up every week and weighed in no matter what the result. It is so easy to throw in the towel when sick or if we are not having a good weight loss. You have great goals for May. I am happy you are part of the team.

Thank you for the welcome and for having me on the team.
My name is Shell, I am almost 55 years old and live in North Wales with my partner and our pets. I've been on a diet for 35 years now and only reached my goal weight once in 2000 and stayed there for one day only. I tend towards extreme diets and out of control binging and lack commitment to anything long term. Being part of a group with daily check ins and new friends sounds perfect and I hope not to let everyone down.
I'm an avid reader, not the best hobby for weight loss. I follow a vegan diet and am also completely blind, so most exercise is done indoors.
Very much looking forward to getting started on Sunday, everyone sounds so lovely in this group.
    Shell.

Welcome! There is a few of us that deal with binge eating. I have binge eating disorder and it’s been a long path to recovery. You never will let us down. We are here for the good, the bad and the ugly.
