Hamstring

I’m doing research on how many activities involve the use of your hamstring. I’m doing it because I strained mine today. It’s a much longer list that I expected, and it includes things like “tie your shoes.” It’s particularly annoying because I do about 40:minutes of exercise every day targeted at strengthening and stretching my hamstrings and quads.
What did I do? Picked up a car tire from a stack of them and turned. Grrr. . . . .

Good progress from the first day to the second - but as is normal for hamstring injuries, minimal and slow progress since then. The positive is that if I sit down, I can tie my shoes myself with only moderate pain. But it still tells me it ain’t healed just yet!0
