I have not been good about writing but I have not been complacent on my eating!

This weekend was what I would consider my first successful lifestyle weekend in a long time. I can normally use the weekend as an excuse to chow down and not keep track. I did allow myself a few glasses of alcohol on Friday evening and Saturday, which isn't great for a low-carb plan, but I kept it to distilled spirits and at a reasonable amount so that I wouldn't destroy my plans.

Over the past 8 days I've kept very good track of my food for 5 of the days, and partially tracked my food for the other 3. I dropped from 329 lbs to 316.6 lbs. Of course, that's the easy one, when I start to clean out my system. It's going to take a lot more care and effort here to sustain progress.

This morning I had a late breakfast / early lunch and am getting some work done to start the day. Looking forward to reading what everyone else is up to!
