    Just got home half an hour ago. I am heading to bed(it’s 4:24 am) and will read through the posts when I get up. Vegas was fun.

    I hadn't thought about it, but okay, I will rejoin for the June Challenge, starting on Sunday, June 4th. Put me in for 10,000 daily steps. It may be lofty, but it'll be something to shoot for.

    Wednesday Recap

    - Eating only at Level 3: mostly - Refused to snack. Had dinner and closed the kitchen! :)
    - Water (Goal 64 oz) : 56 ounces, fell short ....
    - Increased intensity while walking: yes

    Good afternoon. I had a great time in Vegas. I did get to see all the casinos on the strip as the walking was too much. I did enjoy the themes of the ones I saw. The show was awesome. I think it will take a few days to recover. I didn’t fall asleep until after 6 am so I only woke up 2 hours ago. I am up a couple of pounds so I will post a gain for tomorrow’s weigh in. I am not concerned as it is water weight from restaurant food and flying.

    Tuesday: 7,482

    I am surprised my steps are that high as I used my walker the entire time I was away.

    I am not seeing 5/28 anywhere
