Hello! I'm going to post a daily check-in thread, however, I know that there are members here in different time zones, so please feel free to start the thread when it makes sense to you if I haven't started it yet.

Yesterday I did track my calories, and did ok, but I went a little over, due to some extra snacking while watching TV in the evening. This is my biggest struggle - the late night eating!

I did do my run - 2.5 miles (4k) - but even with the extra earned calories I still went over.

Generally, feeling good, though.

How did everyone do yesterday? How are you feeling about your goals today?
